Gym workout trackerYour gym notebook, smarter.

Routines, sets and rest. Plus a suggestion of when to add weight on every lift.

A live workout with sets, weight and the rest timer

Track your workouts without losing your rhythm

4You is an app to log your gym workouts set by set. Open your routine, enter weight and reps and the rest timer starts on its own. Every exercise shows what you did last time, so you know what today calls for without digging through a notebook.

Over time, 4You applies progressive overload for you: when you hit the top of your rep range, it suggests adding weight, one more rep or a few more seconds. Beat a mark and it's saved as a personal record, with your estimated one-rep max.

It isn't only strength. GPS cardio records your routes, gives you a per-kilometre split and keeps your best times over 1K, 5K, 10K, half and full marathon. It all feeds the same EVO reading, alongside your sleep and meals.

Everything you need at the gym

  • Your routines

Build them with the routine builder, start from a template or ask the Coach for one that fits your goal.

  • Live workout

Sets by weight and reps, reps only, time or assisted. Warm-ups, drop sets, RPE 1 to 10 and quick notes.

  • Rest at your pace

The timer starts when you finish a set and alerts you even if you leave the app.

  • Progressive overload

Automatic double progression: it tells you when to add weight, when to add a rep and when to hold.

  • PRs and 1RM

Every new best is saved, with your estimated one-rep max for each lift.

  • GPS cardio

Routes on the map, pace per kilometre, cadence and distance and time records. It also imports what your watch records.

  • Exercise library

Exercises with their own page, search by muscle group and a body map of what you're working.

  • Import from Hevy

Paste the link or text of a Hevy workout and 4You turns it into a session.

  • Kilos or pounds

Pick your unit. Your history follows.

Questions about training

What is progressive overload and how does 4You apply it?

It means gradually increasing the demand so your body keeps adapting: more weight, more reps or more time under tension. 4You uses double progression: when you reach the top of your rep range on every set, it suggests more weight for the next session.

Can I create my own routines?

Yes. Build them from scratch, start from a template or ask the Coach for a routine based on your goal, your training days and your equipment.

Does it work with Apple Watch?

Yes. From the watch you can start a routine, adjust weight and reps with the Digital Crown and follow your rest. Workouts recorded in other apps or watches also reach 4You through Apple Health or Health Connect.

Is it only for the gym, or for running too?

Both. GPS cardio records your routes, gives you pace per kilometre and cadence, and keeps your records over 1K, 5K, 10K, half and full marathon.
