A gym app for Apple Watch
4You has its own Apple Watch app. From the watch you can start your routines, see the next set, adjust weight and reps with the Digital Crown and follow your rest, with your iPhone in the locker.
You can also check today's EVO reading, record cardio, log meals and supplements and note your weight. Everything syncs with the iPhone app.
Using another watch? 4You still works: it reads data from Apple Health and Health Connect, so it works with Garmin, Polar, Oura and most wearables (on Android, Fitbit and Samsung too). You choose what to connect.

Questions about Apple Watch and other watches
Does 4You have an Apple Watch app?
Yes, on watchOS 10 or later. It installs with the iPhone app and lets you train, check EVO and log meals, supplements and weight from the watch.
Does it work with Garmin?
Yes, through Apple Health on iPhone or Health Connect on Android: the data Garmin Connect shares there (sleep, heart rate, steps and activities) reaches 4You.
What health data does 4You read?
Whatever you allow: steps, active calories, heart rate and resting heart rate, HRV, sleep stages, breathing, blood oxygen, temperature, VO₂ max, weight and body fat. When you connect it imports up to 90 days of history.
