What data we process on this website

If you sign up to be notified, we process the email address you enter and the language of the page you send it from. Nothing else.

When you visit the site, our hosting provider records the usual technical data of any connection (IP address, browser and date) in order to serve the page and protect it.

This website does not use advertising or analytics cookies.

What we use it for

Your email is used only to send you the notice you asked for. The legal basis is your consent when you submit it, which you can withdraw at any time.

Technical data is processed on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping the website working and secure.

We do not use your email for advertising and we do not share it with third parties.

Who helps us provide it

We work with providers that process data on our behalf: website hosting (Vercel), the database where the list is stored (Supabase, in the European Union) and email delivery (Resend).

Some of these providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. In that case the safeguards set out in the regulations apply, such as standard contractual clauses.

How long we keep it

We keep your email for as long as it is needed to send you the notice, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.

Your rights

You can request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data, and withdraw your consent, by writing to 4youteam.app@gmail.com.

You can also lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
