Calorie and macro counterCounting calories, without the chore.
Scan, search, snap or say it. Up top, your calories and macros for the day.

A calorie counter that keeps up with you
4You's nutrition is a food diary with a calorie and macro counter. Up top you see how the day is going against your targets for calories, protein, carbs and fat; below, each meal with its foods.
Logging is quick. Scan a product's barcode, search the food database, snap a photo of your plate so the Coach estimates the portions, or just say it. The foods you eat often are one tap away.
And it isn't isolated: your meals count in EVO alongside your sleep and training, and the Coach knows what you've eaten when you ask what to have after a workout.

Questions about nutrition
How does 4You work out my daily calories?
From your sex, age, height, weight, activity level and goal (lose fat, build muscle or maintain), it estimates your daily energy expenditure and applies a deficit or surplus. You can try the calorie calculator on this site first.
Does it have a barcode scanner?
Yes. Scan the product and 4You looks it up in Open Food Facts and its own food database, with calories and macros per serving.
Can I log meals with a photo?
Yes, through the Coach: send a photo of your plate and it estimates the amounts and macros. It can also read a product's nutrition label.
Is it an alternative to MyFitnessPal?
It covers the same ground (food diary, calories, macros, scanner and recipes) and connects it with your training, your sleep and a coach that knows your data, all in one app.
