No. The AI Coach is included for every subscriber, as are EVO, nutrition, training and the Apple Watch app.

It has its own Apple Watch app. It also reads data from Apple Health and Health Connect, so it works with Garmin, Polar, Oura and most watches, rings and bands (on Android, Fitbit and Samsung too).

No. You can log sleep, weight, meals and workouts by hand. With a watch, EVO's recovery reading is fuller because it uses your heart rate and HRV.
